Agreement

By accessing Domain Collective ("Service"), you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

About Us

The Service is operated by Droidsize Technologies Pvt. Ltd., based in Noida, India.

The Service

Domain Collective centralises domain data from supported registrars into a unified dashboard. We are not a domain registrar and do not register, sell, or transfer domains. Availability of registrar integrations may change.

Your Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials
  • You must have permission to use any registrar API credentials you connect
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and keep API credentials secure
  • Comply with registrar terms of service when using our integrations
  • Do not misuse the Service (breach security, resell the product, overload systems, or use it for unlawful purposes)

Billing

  • The Free plan has usage limits
  • Paid plans are billed in USD
  • Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy
  • Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of your billing period, then you are downgraded to the Free plan. We may terminate access if you breach these Terms or fail to pay fees.

Third-Party Dependencies

The Service relies on third-party registrar APIs, hosting providers, and payment processors. We are not responsible for outages or changes to those services. Your use of registrar APIs is governed by their respective terms.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid during the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $100 if you are on the Free plan. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms and will notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
